This site exists to answer one kind of question well: what does this unit actually do, and what should I do about it. There are already places to find a table of numbers for Dust Front RTS. There are fewer places that explain what the numbers mean when you are losing a fight and do not know why.
Who publishes it. This is an independent project, run by one person, with no relationship to rtsDimon, the developer and publisher of Dust Front RTS. We are not official, not endorsed, and not in contact with the studio beyond what anyone can read publicly. Every trademark and every piece of game content belongs to its owner.
What we publish. Two kinds of thing, and we keep them separate. Facts about the game — costs, hit points, armour, weapon damage, build times — are read directly out of the game’s own files by a script, and every one of them carries the build number it came from. Judgement — how to use a unit, when it is worth its price, what the common mistake is — is written by us, and it is presented as our opinion rather than as fact.
What we will not publish. We do not publish leaks or information taken from material that is not publicly available. Data extracted from the public demo are identified by build; their presence does not prove availability in the full game. Not out of caution, but because a site that relays rumours is indistinguishable from every other site, and being reliable is the only thing we have to offer.
When we get something wrong. Tell us and we will fix it, and we will date the fix. Every page on this site shows when it was last checked, precisely so that you can tell the difference between something we verified this week and something we verified before the last patch.
