What it is
Build. reinforcements describes an economic delivery: “Headquarters will urgently scrape together a few additional Parts.” Demo build 23882143 records a 180-second cooldown, an initial cooldown and use in fog. The wording “a few” does not quantify the delivery. Read the reference to Parts as the description’s resource wording; it is not evidence that infantry or a harvester arrives. The raw prefab has linked event and lifetime records, so this short description is not a complete account of the delivery mechanism. Check the resulting resources in play before treating the call as covering a particular construction cost.
Where it comes from
Demo build 23882143 also includes Combine harvester reset, whose description concerns a new harvester. That is a different result from the Parts mentioned by Build. reinforcements. Emergency call is another separate upgrade, and similar urgency in the names does not prove a shared production mechanic. In particular, the resource call does not establish a bypass of a busy vehicle factory. Compare each entry’s description and requirements rather than counting them as interchangeable routes around the same queue.
How it is actually used
The word “urgently” suggests an emergency resource purpose, but it does not supply a measured amount or a rule for when to use the call. Consider it when missing materials are delaying something important, then compare the actual delivery with that cost. Do not promise that it pays for a trench, a factory or an entire reinforcement cycle. The recorded initial cooldown also matters when planning an early build: availability has to be checked before counting on the delivery. This is a use case inferred from the description, not an optimal build order.
How to beat it
Resource pressure remains a possible response to an economic delivery, but its effectiveness depends on what the call actually supplies. The Empire MCV costs 1 000 minerals and has 15 armour; these are the vehicle’s own values, not proof that destroying it cancels this tactical call. The headquarters wording alone does not establish that dependency. Observe whether the opponent uses the delivery to resume construction or production, then choose targets accordingly. A single reinforcement call does not justify assuming that an economy can withstand unlimited harassment.
