What it is
The Bunker costs 120 minerals, with no energy requirement in its price record. Its description says “A sturdy defensive building that can house infantry units. This building can also restore infantry health with appropriate upgrades.” Build 23882143 gives it 1 100 base hit points and 30 armour. The AK-125 turret is a separate defensive structure, not a description of the Bunker’s weapon. Its linked garrison permits infantry and retaliation, while the healing component and upgrade are distinct parts of the support role. Read the garrison and healing pages before assuming the building protects occupants from every form of damage.
Where it comes from
The notes of 22 June 2026 describe garrisoned units that “no longer die from environmental damage (flame, gas)”, and state “recoil will no longer apply inside garrisoning structures”. These changes concern environmental damage and recoil inside garrisoning structures. They do not promise survival when the host building is destroyed or establish a universal result for every attack. The linked Bunker component separately records capacity, retaliation, visibility and exit placement. Consult the garrison guide and Exit page when deciding whether to keep a damaged squad inside or move it out.
How it is actually used
A Bunker provides a fixed garrison position with 1 100 base hit points and 30 armour for 120 minerals. Riflemen cost 40 minerals, but that price does not determine which squad belongs inside. Choose occupants according to the approach, the targets they can engage and the routes available if evacuation is needed. The description ties infantry healing to an appropriate upgrade; do not assume the support function is immediately active because a component exists. The garrison guide and the healing upgrade page explain those separate decisions.
How to beat it
The mistake is judging a Bunker without checking its occupants. The garrison supplies retaliation, and the building’s support function is conditional in the description. The Molot’s listed infantry damage of 400 per shot is not a building-damage value and does not prove armour is bypassed. Before attacking, compare the relevant damage category, firing position and supporting units. Before defending, preserve an exit route and avoid assuming an occupied structure is invulnerable. The artillery and garrison guides cover those distinct parts of the problem.
