The demo released on 15 June 2026 and, on the developer’s own account, was never meant to represent the finished game. In the announcement of 22 June 2026 he put it plainly: “the demo is just a demo”, and “the release of the main game is not as close as I would like it to be.” Reading his seven announcements in order, a short list of things exists in the full game and not in the demo.
Units with mechanics the demo has no example of. In the 22 June post, describing a new difficulty modifier, he wrote: “In the main game, there may be units with cumulative charges and super-penetrating abilities that deal percentage-based damage. However, they themselves may lose to regular units in terms of linear damage.” Percentage-based damage does not exist anywhere in the demo’s files. Any counter table built on the demo — including the one on this site — is blind to it.
The campaign and the global map. The demo is a single fixed mission type on a procedurally varied map, announced as such on 3 June 2026. The full game is built around a turn-based global layer: territory capture, text events, economy, garrisons. The demo gives you an interface that simulates strike groups and reinforcements; it does not give you the layer those belong to.
More languages. On 22 June he wrote that the main game “will support at least a couple more major languages”, without naming them. The demo ships English and Russian.
Features listed as in development. The same post names auto-repair for the BREM, key rebinding, and WASD camera control as things he intends to add or is considering. Camera zoom he explicitly declined to commit to.
And here is what he has not said. There is no announced release date, and he has stated he will not give one until he is ready: “I won’t be able to answer it until I make an official announcement regarding the launch date”, 10 February 2026. There is no roadmap. There is no price. There are no platforms beyond Windows.
The practical consequence for this site is written into its data. Every measured value we publish carries the build it came from — 23882143. When the full game ships, those values do not become uncertain; they become checkable, and the ones that changed will be visible by comparison rather than by memory.
