Damage per second = damage ÷ fire cycle, computed by the build script.

What it is

Tank “T-50B” costs 250 minerals and 15 population. Its official description states “Main battle tank. Versatile and widely deployed, tracked. Can conduct offensive operations. Effective against vehicles and buildings. ” Demo build 23882143 records 700 base hit points, frontal armour 50 and side/rear armour 30. A machine gun and cannon are linked; the cannon’s damage fields are 250 against infantry, 200 against vehicles and 90 against buildings. Both attacks enable firing on the move, but their cycles and target categories differ. The Foundry requirement matters for access. Compare the active attacks and approach angle rather than treating the tank’s general-purpose description as a guarantee against every opponent.

Where it comes from

The official description in the game files states “Main battle tank. Versatile and widely deployed, tracked. Can conduct offensive operations. Effective against vehicles and buildings. ” The movement post of 10 February 2026 discusses tracked turning and reverse movement. Tank’s frontal armour is 50, compared with 30 at the sides and rear. The source therefore makes facing relevant, without promising that reversing is safe in every route or that a turn has a fixed damage cost. The chassis has a tracked movement component and separately mounted attacks. Consult the movement and armour mechanics when planning retreat; a general demonstration of turning and reversing does not replace checking the actual ground and incoming fire.

How it is actually used

The machine gun’s calculated cycle is 0.3 seconds, giving 166.7 infantry damage per second; the cannon’s cycle is 4.5 seconds, giving 44.4 against vehicles. A page correction dated 4 September 2026 concerned an output ranking: Bronenosets cannon and flame-tank entries record 500 and 369.2 against infantry. These individual weapon figures do not decide which chassis to buy. At 250 minerals, Tank combines mobile attacks, but still needs suitable targets and support. The description’s “Versatile” does not promise survival without escort; check the cannon, machine gun and facing together.

How to beat it

The cannon’s calculated building output is 20 damage per second, which is a weapon estimate rather than a fixed demolition time. Turning can expose armour 50 at the front versus 30 elsewhere, so assess the approach and retreat route. Base health is 700, with frontal armour 50; those fields do not prove indefinite survival under light fire. An attacker can consider another angle or an anti-vehicle weapon, while accounting for the tank’s moving fire and support. Compare the armour and target weapon before assuming a flank or a stationary siege always wins.
