Damage per second = damage ÷ fire cycle, computed by the build script.

What it is

The Mutant fly costs 170 minerals and 15 population, with a twenty-four-second production time. Its description states “This is a large mutant fly with a rocket launcher. It flies fast.” In build 23882143, its health record has 300 base hit points, reserve capacity 50 and uniform armour 1. The aircraft movement component supports the flying role, while the projectile record includes a multi-shot setting. The description’s speed claim is attributed to the developer, and the reserve is a maximum capacity rather than additional filled starting health. A small armour value remains a recorded value, not an automatic zero.

Where it comes from

Its fire coefficient 0.00, gas coefficient 0.00 and area coefficient 0.00 are all zero in build 23882143. Other Mutant records include coefficients such as 0.7, but those differences do not prove that every damage type hits the fly for its exact listed amount. The runtime scale is not established by the extracted fields alone. Its armour 1 also must not be rounded away in a tactical conclusion. Read the uniform protection and aircraft role together with the target classes an opposing weapon can actually select, rather than turning zero coefficients into a universal match-up rule.

How it is actually used

The projectile catalogue gives an infantry rate of 57.7 on a calculated 2.6-second cycle. Combined health capacity is 350, with armour 1; the repeated 2.6-second cycle is a firing-record calculation, not a measured sustained aircraft attack. The raw multi-shot and additional-shot-delay fields mean that output should not be described as necessarily smooth or simply multiplied by the shot count. Use its flying role to consider approaches that ground units cannot make, but check anti-air coverage and the stationary-fire setting before committing to a target.

How to beat it

All three protection coefficients are 0.00, but that does not make every weapon equally effective. The first practical question is whether the weapon can select and reach an aircraft; a ground damage field alone does not answer it. The Mutant fly also has a projectile attack with multi-shot settings, so a simple catalogue cycle is not the full timing of its engagement. Cover valuable targets with an appropriate anti-air option and avoid assuming that one connection always destroys the fly. Its small health record and armour matter alongside actual weapon damage, reach and support.
