What it is

The Lightweight generator costs 60 minerals and supplies 80 energy. Its description says “Cheap and small generator.” It has 200 base hit points and bonus-health capacity of 50, which is not proof that the bonus is currently filled. Armour is 4; fire and gas coefficients are 0.5, while other structures record values such as 0.98 and 1.0. The resistance scale is not documented, so these are not damage-reduction percentages. Build 23882143 links its footprint and identifies the TRM as a producer. Read the power guide when a small energy addition fits the plan.

Where it comes from

The Power station costs 150 minerals and supplies 250 energy; the Lightweight generator costs 60 and supplies 80. The latter has 200 base hit points and a construction time of 9 seconds, compared with 15 for the station. These recorded differences in build 23882143 explain the smaller purchase without establishing a universal ranking or mandatory build order. The TRM production link is also relevant to access. Compare the capacity needed now with construction time and protection; the economy guide covers the network’s shortage warning.

How it is actually used

Use a Lightweight generator when its purchase size, build time and producer suit the immediate power need. Its 200 base hit points and 4 armour make protection worth considering, but do not certify that a splash weapon will remove a cluster in one shot. Leave room for access and avoid exposing every power source to the same approach. The generator supports the network rather than firing at attackers itself. Read the Power station page and economy guide before assuming a smaller purchase is always preferable during a shortage.

How to beat it

The mistake is reading the catalogue’s potential total of 250 hit points as currently active health. It includes bonus capacity, whose current field is separate. The fire coefficient of 0.5 and area coefficient of 0.1, compared with the Additional generator’s −0.5 area setting, are not a documented formula for choosing a weapon. Check actual power dependence, access and support before selecting a raid target. Removing one generator does not prove the whole network goes negative. The economy guide and weapon comparison page cover the relevant distinctions.
