Exit

Confirmed Established — fromdocs/sources/demo/raw/AbilitiesRTS.AbilityConfig.json / BunkerExit, build 23882143

What it is

Exit orders occupants to leave a building or vehicle. It belongs to the ability catalogue, but its purpose is control of a garrison rather than an attack. The page’s correction of 5 September 2026 replaced the earlier claim “and stop there”: linked container components record capacity, return fire and exit placement. Those properties differ by carrier. A Bunker and a transport therefore present different reasons to leave. Consult the actual carrier page before assuming that every occupant receives the same protection or exits at the same point.

Where it comes from

The official description is “Leave the building or vehicle.” The Bunker description also says it “can house infantry units”. Garrison behaviour was discussed in the June 2026 update notes, but those notes do not establish an immunity to every weapon. In the carrier data, the Bunker allows return fire, whereas the BMP does not; other containers have their own capacity and exit placement. The word “exit” therefore concerns a different situation on each carrier. Read its garrison properties rather than transferring a transport’s limits to a defensive building.

How it is actually used

The 22 June update notes state “units inside garrisoning structures no longer die from environmental damage (flame, gas)” and “recoil will no longer apply inside garrisoning structures”. These are changes to environmental damage and recoil inside garrisons, not guarantees that staying inside is always safe. The linked containers also differ in whether exit placement is randomised: the BTR and Heavy cover use fixed placement settings, while several other carriers randomise it. The inspected link does not establish an exit duration or a vulnerability window. Check the carrier and surrounding fire before deciding whether to keep the squad inside or evacuate.

How to beat it

The common mistake is to treat every garrison as interchangeable. Capacity, return fire and exit placement belong to each carrier; they do not prove that a particular grenade will clear a trench or that evacuating always saves a squad. On 22 June 2026, the developer described key rebinding as “already listed as in development”. That was a development statement, not proof that every binding will change. This page uses build 23882143. Compare the actual carrier’s garrison and weapon pages when deciding whether to attack the container or exposed occupants.
